Within the Registro nazionale degli eventi coronarici e cerebrovascolari maggiori (National Register of major coronary and cerebrovascular events), the attack rate for cerebrovascular events was estimated for men and women aged 35–74 years in the following study areas: Brianza, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Modena, Florence, Rome, Naples and Caltanissetta. The data are available by geographical area (age-adjusted) and by age range.
