Menopausal women

The pages of this website section provide an overview of risk factors in menopausal women (mean age 62 years) examined between 1998 and 2002 (Oec/Hes I survey) and between 2008 and 2012 (Oec/Hes II survey). Menopausal women have been identified based on their self-declaration. The presented data (not age-standardized) refer to 2782 women, mean age 61,8 years (age range 36-74 years) examined in first survey, and 2344 women, mean age 62,1 years (age range 37-74 years) examined in the second survey.
